This soothing blend provides a clarifying calm with a hint of the earth’s natural flavor, with red rooibos upholding the color & foundation of the flavor, with orange peel following up for a satisfying Sweetness in the after notes. Gotu Kola energizes the Brain & brings mental clarity, along with the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich star anise to bring added benefits to the pleasing warmth. Ingredients: Gotu Kola, Orange Peel, Rooibos, Star Anise.

Directions: Steep tea bag or loose-leaf tea in hot (boiling) water for 15-20 minutes or longer (recommended) for maximum medicinal effects and potency.
