A Season of Healing & Rising Again

I’ve been quiet for a while. Life has been… heavy. Business has been slow, money has been tight, and I’ve had to say goodbye to souls I wasn’t ready to lose. As a healer and empath, I pour so much into others, but sometimes, the weight of the world becomes overwhelming. And right now, I’ve been tending to the most sacred space—myself.

In these moments, it’s hard to ignore that voice. That energy that tries to convince me to give up. It whispers to walk away from it all, to give up on life itself. But deep down, I know that is not my voice. It’s a fleeting thought that will pass, and though it feels real, it does not define me.

Healing isn’t always pretty. Some days, it looks like journaling, stretching, sipping tea, and grounding in gratitude. Other days, it’s allowing myself to feel, to rest, to release. I also turn to my energy healing practice, where I align myself with the sacred power of Asé—the divine energy that flows through all things, empowering creation, transformation, and manifestation. With this energy, I work to restore balance, release what no longer serves me, and stay connected to the wisdom of my spirit. Hapé, too, is a sacred medicine that helps me stay grounded and release blockages.

And you know what? That’s okay.

This post is for anyone who feels like they’re in the thick of it right now, where everything feels uncertain, heavy, and overwhelming. If that’s you, I see you. I feel you. And I want you to know that you are not alone.

This is just a chapter, not the whole story. The darkness doesn’t last forever, and neither will this storm. I am choosing to believe that abundance is still on the way, that peace is still possible, and that healing is happening—even when I can’t see it yet.
