Embracing the Call: The Healing Garden Café and the Courage to Create
There’s a powerful truth in the quote that stirred something deep within me today. “The graveyard is the richest place on Earth...” because it holds the dreams never pursued, the gifts never shared, the talents left unexpressed—all lost to fear, doubt, and hesitation.
I refuse to let my dreams be buried.
The Birth of a Vision
The Healing Garden Café was born in 2019, but the vision had been within me since childhood. I always had the heart of a healer. I once dreamed of being a doctor, dedicating my life to healing others. But life had its own plans.
At 13, I lost my father. By 14, I was a mother. At 17, I graduated. By 18, I had two children. At 22, I was married. Through it all, I lacked the guidance of a nurturing mother, navigating life almost parentless. But somehow, I made it.
Despite the detours, the calling to heal never left me. It lived in my hands, in my spirit, in my DNA. I couldn’t ignore it. My dreams began showing me blends. My hands instinctively knew what herbs to mix, what elements to balance. It wasn’t just a business idea—it was a divine assignment.
Fear vs. Purpose
Yet, even with the vision so clear, I struggled. Fear of rejection. Fear of not being seen. Fear of stepping fully into my purpose. I would receive divine downloads—ideas, strategies, ways to expand The Healing Garden Café—but I would sit on them, paralyzed by self-doubt.
Not anymore.
Stepping Into My Power
Today, this quote reminded me why I must move forward. The healer, the tea trapper, the tea fairy, the alchemist—I am all of these. And I will no longer shrink myself.
So, I’m asking you to join me. If you believe in healing, in the power of nature, in the beauty of transformation, follow my journey:
